Pain symptoms may signal cancer, not always
AM : March 2006 : Rising that morning as I always did to shower and shave before heading to work, I found a lump the size of a golf ball under my right arm. No pain. Only a large lump. Later, the diagnosis was an aggressive form of mantle cell lymphoma.
